Individual Therapy
We offer weekly individual or family therapy to help people improve their mental health and well-being. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other proven methods to support healing.

We offer intensives for current and new clients to allow further exploration into their negative belief system over a shorter period of time.

Group Therapy
Group therapy allows clients the opportunity to explore their current negative belief system and symptoms of anxiety with a professional counselor as well as receiving feedback from peers in a safe a supportive environment.
