Meet Our Clinicians: Different Perspectives, Shared Purpose

At our mental health group practice, we believe one of our greatest strengths is the diversity of experience, training, and perspective each clinician brings to their work.

While we all share a commitment to helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered, each member of our team brings unique specialties and approaches that allow us to provide personalized care for the individuals and families we serve.

Jennifer: Relationships, Life Transitions, and Growth

As the owner of our practice, Jennifer’s vision has always centered on creating a collaborative environment where clients can find support that meets their unique needs.

As a school psychologist, therapist, and mother, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of the many transitions people experience throughout life. She enjoys working with young adults, women, mothers, and couples who are navigating relationship concerns, personal growth, life transitions, anxiety, and family changes. Jennifer is also trained in EMDR and utilizes evidence-based approaches to support healing and lasting change.

Kristine: Creativity, Connection, and Support for Children and Teens

Kristine specializes in working with children and adolescents, creating a space where young people feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring challenges in ways that feel natural and engaging.

With a creative approach that often incorporates art and other expressive interventions, Kristine helps children and teens build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, increase self-confidence, and navigate challenges such as anxiety, school stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation concerns.

Gabriella: Women’s Mental Health, Infertility, and Motherhood

Gabriella is passionate about supporting women through some of life’s most challenging and transformative experiences. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal understanding of infertility and IVF, she works with clients navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, motherhood, grief, anxiety, and major life transitions.

She also enjoys working with young adults as they navigate identity development, relationships, career decisions, and the uncertainties that often accompany new stages of life.

Better Together

While each clinician brings unique strengths to the therapy room, what truly sets our practice apart is our collaborative approach.

We believe clients benefit when clinicians learn from one another, share knowledge, and bring different perspectives to understanding life’s challenges. This allows us to support individuals, couples, children, teens, and families with care that is both personalized and comprehensive.

From childhood and adolescence to motherhood, relationships, and major life transitions, our team is committed to helping clients find support, healing, and growth through every stage of life.
